Registration > registration process
The registration fee is 50€ for researchers, post-docs, and other attendees. It is free for PhD and undergraduate students. The fee covers the admission to the scientific program, lunch on november 20th and 21st and coffee breaks.
The cost for dinner on November 20th is an additional 35€ and covers dinner and the transport by bus.
Possible payment methods: bank transfer, order form, secure online payment. Registration deadline: November 6th, 2017 TO REGISTER, PLEASE FILL IN THIS FORM NB: please note that even for students who do not pay registration fee, it is mandtory to register on the payment site "Azur Colloque".
GUEST ROOM
You can book guest rooms on the Gif-sur-Yvette CNRS campus, next to conference hall.
Be sure to book early, as there is a limited number of rooms (25 rooms). The prices per night are 62 € for a single room and 49 € per person for a double room, including breakfast. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Oral Communications will be selected by the Scientific Committee. Please submit your abstract for an oral communication using the submit page before November 6th, 2017. POSTERS If you wish to present a poster, please use the submit page before November 6th, 2017.
-> Posters will only be taken into account when accompanied with a registration.
